2022 TVS Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180 motorcycles launched with Bluetooth connectivity, know the price

TVS Motor has finally launched the latest Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180. The newly upgraded motorcycles claim to deliver better performance than before and also get the company’s SmartXonnect equipped with Bluetooth connectivity. This time the company has also given slipper clutch to both the bikes. In addition, both the bikes come equipped with dual channel ABS and fuel injection system.

TVS Apache RTR 160 has been launched in India for Rs 1.18 lakh. Whereas, the price of Apache RTR 180 has been kept at Rs 1.24 lakh. Both the prices are ex-showroom. Designed as “The All-New Racer’s Choice”, the new 2022 TVS Apache RTR 160 and 2022 TVS Apache RTR 180 are available in two variants – Drum and Disc. TVS Apache RTR 180 Series is available in two color options including Gloss Black and Pearl White. At the same time, 2022 TVS Apache RTR 160 series gets 5 color options, which include Gloss Black, Pearl White, Racing Red, Matte Blue and T-Grey.

The RTR 160 and RTR 180 get several first-in-segment features such as ride mode, an LED headlamp and tail-lamp and SmartXonnect connectivity system. Both the motorcycles come with a Bluetooth-enabled full digital instrument cluster and SmartXonnect technology equipped with voice assist. These motorcycles get three ride modes – Rain, Urban and Sport, which adjust the performance and braking of the motorcycle according to different conditions.

These motorcycles get an X-ring chain, wider 120 mm rear tyre, gear position indicator and TVS Connect app with new UI/UX.

The new TVS Apache RTR 160 bike gets a 159.7cc air-cooled engine, which generates maximum power of 16.04 PS and peak torque of 13.85 Nm. At the same time, the Apache RTR 180 bike gets a 177.4cc oil-cooled engine, which generates maximum power of 17.02 PS and peak torque of 15.5 Nm.
