Eklavya 2020: The enthusiasm did not diminish even in the rain

The colorful inauguration of Eklavya Games 2020 took place on Tuesday at Pataliputra Sports Complex. The inauguration was done by Art-Culture and Youth Department Minister Pramod Kumar. During this, Director General of Bihar State Sports Authority Dinesh Singh Bisht, Dr. Sanjay Sinha including sportspersons, sports coaches, sports managers were present. First of all the players march past on the band of Bihar Military Police-2. After the National Anthem, the children of Kilkari gave a mesmerizing cultural presentation. All the 11 competitions were formally inaugurated after the players were sworn in. Football, athletics, badminton, wrestling, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi events were held at Pataliputra Sports Complex. Whereas handball, archery, weightlifting, hockey were played at Moinulhaq Stadium. After the inauguration, the sports competition was interrupted for a few hours due to rain, but after the end of the rain, the games were conducted smoothly.
