On Friday, September 23, 2022, 20 students from the University of Stuttgart achieved this feat. All of them have made this electric racing car themselves. According to the university, the race was held at a racetrack owned by Bosch in Renningen in the district of Böblingen in Württemberg. Stuttgart’s GreenTeam made this record in 2012 in a time of 2.681 seconds.
