IND vs PAK match in limbo! Pakistan may have to change the plan, the matter reached the High Commission

India vs Pakistan: Whenever the teams of India and Pakistan are face to face, the enthusiasm of the fans is worth seeing. The matter goes beyond victory and defeat. Then it is about cricket or any other game. The fans of both the teams keep an eye on the match. Now once again India and Pakistan will compete in the Asia Cup. After this, both the teams will be face to face in the Cricket World Cup as well. Even before this tournament, big news has come about another India-Pakistan match. However, this match is not related to cricket but football.

Let us inform that the South Asian Football Federation Championship is to be organized in India from June 21. This championship will run till July 4 and the matches will be played in Bangalore. A total of 8 teams are participating in this tournament, which are divided into two groups. Host India is in Group-A. Along with him, Pakistan, Kuwait and Nepal are also in this group. Whereas, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Lebanon and Maldives are in Group-B. But, Pakistan’s football team has not been able to get India’s visa for this tournament till now. The Pakistani team is currently in Mauritius. He has to leave for Bangalore from there. But, the Indian High-Commission in Mauritius has not yet issued visas to the Pakistan team.

According to InsideSport’s report, the Indian High Commission in Mauritius has informed the Pakistan football team that they should postpone their trip to India for the next few days. The Indian High Commission will personally examine the visa application and then it will be approved on that basis, which may take time.

The Pakistan Football Federation had already obtained NOC from its Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination to participate in the SAFF Championship-2023 to be held in India. The Pakistani team was scheduled to reach India from Mauritius on 18 June. The match between India and Pakistan is to be held at the Kanteerava Stadium on June 21.

Please tell that on May 25, the Pakistan Football Federation had issued a request for NOC. The Federation had also tweeted about the delay in issuing the NOC. However, the issue was resolved after a complaint. But the players still haven’t got the visa.
