The current season of Pakistan Super League is going to start from 13 February. This tournament will run for a month and will end on March 19. PCB has planned to conclude its T20 league about a week before the start of IPL. Meanwhile, it has been informed by the Afghanistan Cricket Board that their team will be busy in the international series when the PSL starts.
It was informed by the ACB that the UAE tour of Afghanistan has been fixed. Under the captaincy of Rashid Khan, his country will play a limited overs series against UAE. After the removal of Mohammad Nabi from the captaincy, Rashid Khan has once again been given the command of Afghanistan. He has led his team earlier also.
From February 16, under the leadership of Rashid, the Afghanistan team will visit UAE. A three-match T20 series will be played between the two countries. The second match will be played on 18 and the third on 19 February. After five years, Afghanistan is visiting UAE to play an international cricket match. The last time both the countries were face to face in the ODI format in the year 2018.
