The players’ kit has been stolen from this van. Sharing this picture, Jimmy wrote that I am one of his unlucky people, who lost his two new bats. If anyone sees two new bats in Adelaide, please let me know. Actually, the team’s van was parked outside the hotel’s parking lot and the thieves took the opportunity and cleaned their hands on the kit bag.
The match between Queensland and Tasmania
Following the complaint of the Queensland team, South Australia Police has started an investigation into the matter. The CCTV footage installed in the hotel is being scrutinized to trace the thieves. Sheffield Shield defending champions Queensland will begin their campaign of this season against Tasmania this Thursday. This match was to be played in Brisbane on 28 September only.
