Allegations of 2 batsmen of Team India, without informing the selectors, 1 has hit a century on debut against West Indies

New Delhi. Many players lose their place after making their debut in the Indian cricket team at a young age. Two such batsmen who were out of Team India have now come forward and talked about it. Prithvi Shaw, who scored a century on Test debut for India, has reiterated what Hanuma Vihari said in an interview a few days ago. Hanuma saved the Test match by batting for three hours even after being injured in Australia.

After being dropped from the Indian cricket team, now the players are coming forward openly. First Hanuma Vihari questioned the exclusion by the selectors. Now Prithvi Shaw was also seen coming forward and asking questions. Against the West Indies, this opener scored a brilliant debut century. After this, he was injured on the tour of Australia and since then he kept on being in and out of the team. He got a place in the T20 team against New Zealand this year but he was dropped without playing any match.

Talking to Wisden India, Prithvi said, when I was dropped from the team, I could not even know the reason for it. Someone told that this was done because of fitness. I cleared all the fitness tests at the (National Cricket Academy) in Bangalore and then came back and scored runs in domestic cricket. I was also given a place in the T20 team by the selectors but then I was dropped.

Hanuma Vihari said while talking to espncricinfo a few days back. I keep thinking that whenever given a chance, I have always done my best. It may be that my best performance was not enough for the team. I still don’t know why I was dropped from the team.
