Australia became WTC champion, Team India’s embarrassing defeat, lost in the final for the second time in a row

New Delhi. The Indian cricket team has faced defeat in the ICC World Test Championship final for the second time in a row. Team India has got a run defeat against Australia at The Oval in England. Australia had scored 469 runs in the first innings, in response to which the entire Indian team was reduced to 296 runs. After a huge lead of 173 runs, Australia declared the innings by scoring 270 runs for 8 wickets. The Indian team collapsed in the second innings for 234 runs and Australia won the match by a huge margin of 209 runs and captured the trophy.

The batting of the Indian team failed miserably in this match. No batsman could play a big innings from the team. If we got to see two century innings from Australia, then not a single Indian batsman could do this work. Except Ajinkya Rahane, no big name could work.
