New Delhi. Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam did not find any buyer in England’s domestic The Hundred League. Giants are raising questions on Babar being unsold. England’s veteran pacer James Anderson has grown in love for Babar. Anderson says that he was surprised when Babar remained unsold. Along with Babar Azam, Pakistan’s wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan also remained unsold in The Hundred League.
James Anderson said in the BBC’s podcast Talenders that he would spend the entire budget to include Babar Azam in his team. According to Anderson, ‘I will pay double for him (Babar Azam). I will spend my entire budget on Babar Azam. 4 players from Pakistan have been selected in The Hundred. This includes young fast bowlers Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf, PSL stars Ehsanullah and Shadab Khan.

Andrus said, ‘I think Babar Azam was not selected in this league because his availability could be an issue.’ Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf have been joined by the Wells Fire team, while Ehsanullah has been given a chance by the Invisibles team while Shadab Khan has been bought by Birmingham Phoenix. Afridi and Shadab Khan were part of the 1-1 crore draft while Haris was in the 60 lakh and Ehsanullah 40 lakh draft.
