‘I meant something else’
Amir had earlier said about Babar that there is no difference between bowling to the Pakistan captain or lower-order batsmen. After this it was clear that the relationship between Aamir and Babar is not good. However, after this statement, when Aamir started being criticized, then this tainted cricketer had said in his clarification that he meant something else. Then Amir had said that he meant to say that when he bowls to any opposition batsman, his job is to take wickets, whether it is Babar Azam or any other batsman.

‘My statement was twisted’
When Aamir was asked about Babar’s earlier statement in Geo News show, he said that his statement was misinterpreted. Aamir said, ‘I have always said that he is a veteran batsman of Test and ODI. I have never called him a mediocre player and a tail batsman. Mohammad Amir is the same bowler who had to go to jail for spot-fixing.
