During a special conversation with the ICC, Babar said, ‘His dream is to be a part of the World Cup team and capture the trophy. The World Cup is round the corner and my desire rests on performing well. So that we can do it in our name. He further said, ‘You see a lot personally as well, but at the moment my target is to win the World Cup.’

Babar Azam’s International Cricket Career:

Talk about Babar Azam’s international cricket career, he has played 241 international matches for Pakistan till the news is written. Meanwhile, 27 centuries and 80 fifties have come out of his bat in 272 innings.

Babar has 3696 runs in 85 innings of Test cricket at an average of 48.63, 4813 runs in 93 innings of ODIs at an average of 59.42 and 3355 runs in 94 innings of T20 International cricket at an average of 41.42.
