Waiting for New Zealand’s ODI series win in India
The second ODI of the series is to be played on Saturday

New Delhi. The two teams will face each other on Saturday in the second match of the three-match ODI series against the Indian team New Zealand. This match is going to be very important because the visiting team will have a chance to wash away the stigma that has been going on for the last 34 years. In the first match, the host team gave a tough fight. While batting first, India scored a mammoth score of 349 for 8 on the basis of Shubman Gill’s double century. After losing 6 wickets for 131 runs, thanks to Michael Bracewell’s stormy century, New Zealand reached the match till the last over. The match was out of the hands of Team India but Shardul Thakur saved the shame by taking the last wicket.

In 2016-17, the result was 3-2 while India won the previous series in the 3-match series with a 2-1 result in India’s favour.
