Tom Curran has suddenly announced that he is taking an indefinite break from red ball cricket ie Test cricket. He will no longer be seen playing red ball cricket for his home team Surrey. Tom Curran played his last Test match for the England team in the year 2018. During the Sydney Test, he scored 39 and 23 in two innings and also took a wicket. Since then, he is not fed in the longest format of the game.

During a conversation with Surrey’s website, Tom Curran said, “The last few years have not been good for me. Some decisions in life are like that, I think you are never 100 percent sure while taking them. This decision of mine is one of them. I think it is important for my physical and mental health.”
