Chennai bought the New Zealand bowler for one crore rupees

New Delhi. IPL 2023 (IPL 2023) could be the last season for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni). The team would like to bid farewell to its captain with a win. Mahi will also enter the field with the intention of winning the fifth title of the league. However, before the start of the league, bad news has come for CSK. The team’s star pacer Kyle Jamieson is out of the IPL. Jamieson was bought by Chennai Super Kings in the auction for Rs 1 crore, which was his base price. Earlier, Jamieson was a part of Royal Challengers Bangalore, where he was bought for Rs 15 crore.

New Zealand bowler Kyle Jamieson may be away from cricket for at least three to four months after undergoing back surgery this week. Jamieson suffered a back injury in June last year. He was about to return to the field from the first Test match against England, but his injury resurfaced in the warm-up match. In such a situation, Jamieson was ruled out of the entire series. After MRI scan and surgeon’s advice, the New Zealand Cricket Board has decided to undergo surgery for Jamieson.
