Chris Gayle has the most sixes in international cricket, India’s batsman at number two

As far as the maximum number of sixes in all three formats of International Cricket (Test, ODI and T20I) is concerned, this record is in the name of Chris Gayle, popularly known as Universe Boss. Gayle, one of the greatest batsmen of all time in the short format, has so far hit 553 sixes (98 in Tests, 331 in ODIs and 124 in T20Is) in 483 matches across all three formats of international cricket. Apart from West Indies, he has made these 6 appearances while representing the ICC team. India’s Rohit Sharma, popularly known as ‘Hitman’, is in second place in this matter, he has so far hit 526 sixes in 440 matches of all three formats of international cricket. Rohit has so far hit 69 sixes in Tests, 275 in ODIs and 182 in T20Is.

Afridi has hit 476 sixes in international cricket.
In this case, Shahid Afridi of Pakistan is in third place, who has scored 476 sixes in 524 matches for the Asia/ICC team and Pakistan. ‘Boom Boom Afridi’, who has retired from international cricket, has hit 52 sixes in Tests, 351 in ODIs and 73 in T20Is. Brendon McCullum of New Zealand is in fourth place, who has hit 376 sixes in 432 matches. New Zealand’s Martin Guptill (383 sixes in 367 matches) is in fifth place and India’s Mahendra Singh Dhoni is in sixth place.

Mahi has hit 359 sixes in 538 matches of all three formats for Asia XI and India. Sanath Jayasuriya of Sri Lanka is at number seven, who has hit 352 sixes in 586 matches for Asia and Sri Lanka.
