It has been alleged that its copyright has been infringed. The song Samundar Mein Lehar Uthi Hai Ziddi Ziddi Hai Toofan, picturized on actor Yash’s character named Rocky Bhai in KGF-2, was used during the trip. Action has been demanded against the Congress and its leaders for using its copyrighted music.

M Naveen of MRT Music on Friday filed a complaint against Rahul Gandhi, Jairam Ramesh and Supriya under provisions of the Copyright Act, Information Technology Act and the Indian Penal Code for using KGF-2 music in the ongoing Bharat Jodi Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi. The FIR was lodged by Kumar at the Yeshwantpur police station. The Court said that the Congress was “directed to remove the link from its platform till further orders”. At the same time, two Twitter accounts were also ordered to be blocked.
