Therefore, this time too it is a coincidence that the trophy has been brought to Lucknow.

Earlier in 2011, when India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh hosted the World Cup, the Cricket World trophy was brought to Lucknow’s KD Singh Babu Stadium on 10 October. That year, Team India became the world champion for the second time by defeating Sri Lanka. Earlier in 2003, when the World Cup was played in South Africa, the World Cup trophy was brought to Indira Nagar, Lucknow. India reached the finals in the 2003 World Cup and were defeated by Australia.

Once again when India is hosting the World Cup in 2023, Lucknow is going to welcome the World Cup trophy. This trophy will be unveiled at Ekana Stadium at 4 pm. Along with the ICC delegation, BCCI and UPCA officials will also be present on this occasion. In such a situation, it is being said that this time also there can be good coincidences for Team India in the World Cup.
