CSA has said on Twitter that the schedule will be changed during India’s tour of South Africa. The board said that the Indian team will play a series of three Tests and three ODIs on the tour of South Africa. CSA said that a decision on the four-match T20 series will be taken in the new year and new dates for the T20 series will be announced again in the new year itself. The India A team is also in South Africa and has not been called back. It is believed that all the matches on South Africa tour will be played without spectators.
Earlier, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah confirmed that Team India will go on a South tour. He said that the BCCI has confirmed to the CSA that the Indian team will tour South Africa. BCCI secretary Jay Shah said that the T20 series has now been postponed. Shah had told ANI, ‘BCCI has confirmed to CSA that the Indian team will tour South Africa for three Tests and three ODIs. The remaining four T20 matches will be played at a later date.
