Team India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Deepak Chahar has started his training again after marriage. Chahar, who has been away from cricket for the past three months, played his last T20 International against West Indies in February, in which he suffered a hamstring injury. Due to injury, he did not play in the Sri Lanka series and IPL 2022. To recover from the injury, he trained at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). Deepak Chahar recently married his girlfriend Jaya Bhardwaj in Agra. After the marriage, he also gave a reception in New Delhi, in which many stars of Team India were seen making a splash.

After the wedding and then the reception is over, Deepak has started training again to achieve his full fitness. He has posted a video on Instagram, in which he is seen practicing batting and bowling in the nets. Deepak Chahar wrote in the caption with this video, ‘Back to work.’

Chahar was not a part of Team India in the T20 World Cup. He was bought by Chennai Super Kings for Rs 14 crore in the IPL 2022 auction. However, he could not play in the tournament due to injury. After the injury, his effort will now be to achieve full fitness and make himself available for team selection for the T20 World Cup 2022.
