He took a total of 4 wickets for just 14 runs in 3.2 overs bowling. At the same time, Under-19 star Rajvardhan Hungergekar took 3 wickets for 25 runs.
Indian openers Sai Sudarshan and Abhishek Sharma made a strong start after stopping Nepal’s team on a small score. Both these openers of the Indian team fiercely washed the bowlers of Nepal and completed their fifty runs. Abhishek Sharma was dismissed for 87 off 69 balls with the help of 12 fours and 2 sixes, while Sai returned unbeaten after playing an inning of 58 off 52 balls. Wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurail played an inning of 21 runs off 12 balls.
