Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had awarded this talented player with the Vikram Award in 2014. Divyang swimmer Satendra Singh Lohia along with 6 other Indian players Manjeet Singh of Haryana, Rimo Saha of Kolkata, Jayant Kumar of Nagpur, Elvish of Assam and Snehan of Tamil Nadu made another achievement by swimming in the North Channel on Tuesday. Satendra and his team are the first team in Asia to cross the North Channel, which is colder than the English Channel.
