Electric car will catch a speed of 100 km in 1 second! Rimac engineer claims

The Rimac Nevera is the fastest production road legal vehicle in the world. According to the company’s claim, this car can accelerate to 96 kmph in just 2 seconds. Although Rimac has the title of fastest production road legal car, but the company does not want to stop there. The company says that in the future, electric vehicles can also accelerate from 0-96 kmph in 1 second and intends to design a remake of such a car itself.

One with The Drive Interview I asked Matija Renic, chief engineer at Rimac Nevara, how fast did she think the EV could go? So he responded by saying that even though the Navara is very quick, “we are very proud of the figures, but the car is much more than that.”

He further added “The car is actually very, very complex, which shows you what automotive technology can do in the future. And it’s also very useful and very friendly from a users point of view. And that’s what we wanted to achieve in the end.” That is to develop a drivers car, something that is very attractive and very rewarding just to get out there and enjoy it.”

The Rimac Nevera electric hypercar is priced at 2.27 million Euros (roughly Rs. 16.95 crores).

The electric hypercar is touted as the fastest road-spec car in the world with a top speed of 415 kmph. The company claims that this car is capable of accelerating from 0-96 kmph in just 1.86 seconds.
