A video has been shared on social media, in which a military aircraft crashed while landing on the runway at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Texas. NDTV’s according, the Ministry of National Defense reported that the pilot managed to eject himself from the aircraft and survive the crash. Both the crash and ejection moments are captured in this video.

CBS News according toLockheed Martin, the maker of the F-35B fighter jet, reportedly said it had been “informed” of the incident and that “the pilot ejected successfully”. The company says it will “follow due investigation protocols.”
The video is of the exact moment the Lockheed Martin F-35B aircraft was about to land. The jet was in the air above the runway and was making a steep landing like a helicopter, but suddenly pitched forward and crashed. During this, the pilot successfully ejected himself from the aircraft as it continued to roll over the runway after the crash.
According to a statement posted on Facebook by the White Settlement Police Department, officers arrived at the site of the collision at 10:15 local time and the accident was confined to military property near the flight line.
