Robin Uthappa: Robin Uthappa is one of the few players who has played every edition of the IPL since its inception. Uthappa, who has played for six different franchises, has had an illustrious career which peaked in 2014. He was a part of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) when the team won the title for the second time. In the 2014 season, he scored 660 runs and the Purple Cap was named after him. Uthappa has so far scored 4952 runs in 205 matches in the IPL at an average of 27.51 and a strike rate of 130.35. Uthappa scored 27 half-centuries, but could not score a single century. Uthappa’s highest score in IPL is 88 runs. (AFP)
