In India’s largest software company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the rate of leaving or attrition of women employees has increased. TCS has also changed its work-from-home policy. This is becoming a reason for women employees leaving their jobs. At the end of the last financial year, TCS had an attrition rate of 20.1 per cent on a year-on-year basis.
