Harmanpreet Kaur and Jemimah Rodrigues will play for Melbourne Renegades in WBBL 2021

New Delhi: India’s T20 captain Harmanpreet Kaur and young batsman Jemima Rodrigues will play for Melbourne Renegades in the upcoming Women’s Big Bash League. The organizers made the announcement on Wednesday. Harmanpreet, 32, has previously played for Sydney Thunder but this will be Jemima’s first season in the league, 21. Shefali Verma and Radha Yadav will also play for Sydney Sixers in the league starting from October 14.

Renegades coach Simon Helmott said, “Jemima is a very talented young player who has made her mark in the world at the age of 21. He performed brilliantly in the ‘The Hundred’ series in Britain. She can score runs fast on every ground.
