New Delhi. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler Harshal Patel has been in everyone’s eyes after his team’s emphatic win over Mumbai Indians (MI). Patel took a hat-trick in the 17th over of the match and turned the game in favor of the team led by Virat Kohli. During his hat-trick celebration, the right-arm fast bowler inflicted some injuries on his teammates Virat Kohli and Mohammad Siraj. The 30-year-old has now spoken openly about the injuries suffered by both the players.
Harshal Patel reveals that Mohammed Siraj’s leg is fine. Patel said that during the celebration he also caused some damage to Kohli’s thighs. He said that the first thing he did after the celebration was to inquire about Siraj’s injury. Harshal Patel said in a video on iplt20.com, “Yes, Siraj’s leg is fine. This was the first thing I did after the celebration was over. Luckily he is fine. During the hat-trick celebration, I had also scratched Virat Kohli’s thigh, which caused some damage.
Harshal Patel also said that he is proud of his ability to adapt to different situations and situations, which is where the game comes in. He said that the grounds in UAE are suitable for his bowling as the wickets are on the slow side. The RCB pacer said that when he starts his run-up, he is very clear about what he wants to bowl.
He said, “Shipping has always been an important part of my game. I adapt well to different situations and different conditions. It is something which I am proud of. The grounds are big and the wickets are slow, it suits my kind of bowling.
He further said, “My mindset has not changed, my role has not changed. It was just a mental change to adapt to the circumstances. More often than not you don’t know which balls are bowled in the death overs, execution is the real success. While bowling, I am sure of what I want to bowl.
