About 167 million (167 million) people watched this match. However, despite having so much excitement, viewership, there has not been a bilateral series between the two countries after 2012-13 (India vs Pakistan bilateral series).
When will there be a bilateral series between India and Pakistan? This is such a question, the answer to which the cricket fans of both the countries have been waiting for years. However, the new information given by the International Cricket Council (ICC) regarding the series of both the countries is not very promising.

ICC will not play any role in India-Pakistan series: Allardyce
Allardyce was asked whether the ICC would play any role in organizing India-Pakistan bilateral series in future. On this, the ICC Chief Executive said, “We will not have a role in the bilateral series. Obviously we enjoy it when teams from both the countries compete against each other in ICC events. But the current relationship between the two countries and the cricket board is such, which the ICC cannot influence under any circumstances.
He further said, “Like any bilateral cricket, if the cricket boards of both the countries agree, then play series among themselves and do not play if there is no consent. I think at the moment, there is not much change in the situation regarding the cricket series between India and Pakistan.
No bilateral series between India and Pakistan for 8 years
