new Delhi: Australia defeated the Indian women’s team by 7 runs in the fourth match of the 5-match T20 series at Mumbai’s Brabourne Stadium on Saturday. After the defeat in this exciting match, the Indian team has lost the series. The visiting team has taken an unassailable 3-1 lead in the series. After the match, Captain Harmanpreet Kaur told that in which over Team India was left behind, due to which the team had to face defeat in the crucial match.

Batting first in the match, the Australian team scored 188 runs losing 3 wickets. Alyssa Parry scored an unbeaten 72 off 42 balls. Ashley Gardner scored 42 runs off 27 balls. In response, the Indian team was able to score only 181 runs at the loss of 5 wickets. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur was batting brilliantly while chasing the target and scored 46 runs in 30 balls with the help of 6 fours and 1 six, but the direction of the match changed as soon as she was dismissed. According to Harmanpreet, if I had stayed at the crease till the end of the match, maybe the result could have changed, but I lost my wicket at a crucial time.

Richa Ghosh played a stormy innings

After Kaur’s dismissal, Richa Ghosh played an unbeaten inning of 40 runs in 19 balls with the help of 2 sixes and 4 fours but could not win the team.
