This will give inspiration to show fearless game. However, he said that there is scope for further improvement in the performance of the team. He said, ’15-20 runs are very important on this ground. We have to work on that. Whether we win or lose, we have to continuously improve our performance.
The wicket would slow down, knew it
RCB captain Virat Kohli said, ‘We knew that the wicket would slow down. KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal batted well but we knew we needed just two wickets to come back in the match. On the performance of the bowlers, he said, ‘Siraj’s confidence is tremendous since his good performance in Test cricket. Harshal Patel has bowled well. Yuzvendra Chahal and Shahbaz Nadeem have also been effective.
nothing you can do in front of maxwell
KL Rahul said, ‘I will not say that wearing an orange cap does not look good, but it would have been better if we had qualified. But when a batsman like Glenn Maxwell is in front, you can’t do anything. Punjab team has been able to win only 5 matches out of 13. The team is currently at number 5 with 10 points. But after the defeat against RCB, the road has become difficult for the team.
