Chennai Super Kings i.e. CSK has won this title for the fourth time. The hero of this victory of Chennai was captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who may not have done wonders with the bat, but kept his team on the path of victory throughout the tournament. However, he surprised after winning the final by saying that the rightful owner of the trophy this year was the KKR team.
Commentator Harsh Bhogle spoke to the players after the IPL final (IPL 2021) was over. He asked Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS DHoni) to speak something on the merits of his team. On this, Mahendra Singh Dhoni said that KKR should be talked about before Chennai’s victory. The way Kolkata Knight Riders players performed this season, it is commendable. In the first half of the season, KKR could win only 2 out of 7 matches. In such a situation, winning so many matches in the second half and making a place in the final will be called a great performance. For this his players and support staff should be praised. Truly they deserved to win.
