Rajasthan Royals all-rounder Chris Morris said after their 7-wicket defeat at the hands of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the previous match that Rajasthan had to bear the brunt of not performing well in the crucial moments. In the 40th match of IPL 2021 held in Dubai, Hyderabad defeated Rajasthan by 7 wickets. Batting first in the match, Rajasthan scored 164 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Hyderabad won the match by scoring 167 runs for the loss of 3 wickets.
After the match, Rajasthan all-rounder Morris said that at this time we are not able to perform well in the crucial moments of the game. Be it bowling or batting. He said that in the first match also we had a decisive moment, when we won by playing well in that last over. Since then though we haven’t played our best game. In the last match, we did well in the first half. But could not face Delhi’s bowling attack in the second half
Our road to playoffs has been tough: Morris
