After taking the hat-trick, he ran a long way celebrating its celebration and during this he also injured the captain Virat Kohli. Harshal himself has now disclosed this.
Harshal said on the IPL website that some players suffered losses after his hat-trick. When asked if Siraj’s leg is fine, he said, “Yes, Siraj’s leg is fine.” This is the first thing I asked him after the celebration. Good thing he’s fine. During the hat-trick celebration, Virat Kohli got a scratch on his thigh, so I definitely did some damage. Adapting to the situation has always been a part of my game. I have adapted myself very well to different situations. This is something I am proud of.
He further said, ‘The grounds here are big and the pitch is slow, so I like to bowl here. My mindset didn’t change. I didn’t change my mind. Prepared himself mentally to adapt himself to the circumstances. I know very well what kind of bowling I want to bowl. 30-year-old Harshal has so far taken 26 wickets in 11 matches this season. This includes once four wickets and once five wickets. He took four wickets for 17 runs against Mumbai Indians.
