IPL 2022: Virat Kohli spoke openly about his poor form and life, says going through a phase of evolution

The 15th season of IPL has not been good for Royal Challengers Bangalore’s star batsman Virat Kohli. He is not able to give his best performance in the ongoing season. However, this has not dampened their spirits. The former RCB captain spoke about his current form and how he maintains a positive attitude. Speaking on Star Sports show ‘Inside RCB’, Royal Challengers Bangalore star batsman Virat Kohli spoke about what is going through his mind and how he coped with his poor form.

Virat Kohli said, “My experiences are sacred to me. Whatever I have experienced at this stage or in the past, one thing I can testify is that I have never overestimated myself as a person. Because I am experiencing now that there is a greater sense of identity the world has created for you, which is far different and farther away from your reality as a human being. So, what I am experiencing now is that I am valuing myself and I care about my well-being more than I used to in the past.”

He said, “I’m really in the happiest phase of my life. I’m not getting any self-worth or value in whatever I do on the field. I’ve come a long way from that stage. It’s me. There is a phase of development for me. My drive will never end. The day my drive is gone, I will not play this game.”
