new Delhi. The auction process for IPL 2023 (IPL 2023) has been completed. Not only this year, Sam Curran became the most expensive player in the entire IPL history. Curran was joined by the Punjab Kings team for a huge amount of 18 crore 50 lakhs. Apart from this, the second name in the list of the most expensive players of this year was that of Australia’s young all-rounder Cameron Green. Green was bought by the Mumbai team for Rs 17 crore 50 lakh.
During the auction, the team of Royal Challengers Bangalore also looked very active. The franchise bought a total of seven players. It includes five Indian and two foreign players. The names of the seven players that RCB added during the auction are as follows-

Himanshu Sharma – India – 20 lakhs
Retained players: Faf Duplessis (c), Virat Kohli, Suyash Prabhudesai, Rajat Patidar, Dinesh Karthik, Anuj Rawat, Finn Allen, Glenn Maxwell, Vanindu Hasaranga, Shahbaz Ahmed, Harshal Patel, David Willey, Karn Sharma, Mahipal Lomror, Mohammed Siraj, Josh Hazlewood , Siddharth Kaul, and Akash Deep.
Remaining money in purse: one crore 75 lakh
Released Players: Jason Behrendorff, Anishwar Gautam, Chama Milind, Lavnith Sisodia, and Sherfane Rutherford.
