In this match, due to a no ball, Hyderabad overturned the losing game and by taking advantage of the free hit, Abdul Samad won the match by hitting a six off the last ball. Some similar adventures were seen in Chelmsford, 7000 kilometers away from Jaipur, and Bangladesh won the match despite losing the match due to a no-ball.
Both the matches were high scoring. In IPL 2023, Hyderabad was given a target of 215 runs by Rajasthan Royals.
