New Delhi. Former Indian fast bowler Irfan Pathan has made a big allegation against the veteran cricketer. Pathan said that the Ranji champion player was not selected for the coach for not saying hello. The matter is of Baroda Cricket Association. Former Indian veteran Kiran More is the chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Baroda Cricket Association. Whereas Pathan is included in it as a member. Former Baroda cricketer Connor Williams had applied for the coach, but he was not selected. Now Pathan has sent a long email to the association.
According to the news of Indian Express, Irfan Pathan has made serious allegations against Kiran More in an email sent to the Baroda Cricket Association. He wrote, I want to give some information regarding the subject of the CAC meeting. I was very disappointed when I saw an incident involving a member which is causing harm to our prestigious association. I am troubled by Kiran More’s work and statement during the meeting.
Irfan Pathane further wrote in the email that Kiran More is preventing Connor Williams from joining the coaching staff just because he does not say hello or namaste to him. This is nonsense. He said that Williams himself is a Ranji Trophy champion and has also represented Baroda for more than a decade. In such a situation, we should respect them.
Talking about 60-year-old Kiran More, he played 49 Tests and 94 ODIs for Team India. Wicketkeeper Batter More scored 1285 runs in the Test with the help of 7 half-centuries. And scored 563 runs in ODIs. His best performance was 43 not out.
