Shoaib had been the subject of discussion about his statements after a blistering 10-wicket win over India in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021. Former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar, who has come into controversy after he clashed with the anchor in a live show on Pakistan’s leading sports TV channel ‘PTV Sports’ and then walked out of the program, is furious over the channel’s statement on the matter. He even called PTV crazy.

Akhtar had reached a sports show of PTV and was talking about Pakistan’s performance. During this, TV anchor Dr Nauman Niaz got angry on the former Pakistan fast bowler about one thing and asked him to leave the show. Shoaib left the show immediately and after this incident, he is also getting a lot of support from the fans on social media.
PTV said in a statement via tweet, “It has been decided to keep both off-air by the channel till the investigation of the on-air dispute between Shoaib Akhtar and journalist Nauman Niaz is completed.” Akhtar, however, said in response to this statement of PTV, ‘It is a good joke. I resigned in front of 22 crore Pakistanis and people around the world. What is PTV mad? Who are they to take me off air?
It is understood that the controversy had arisen after Naumaz cut off Akhtar’s words, as Shoaib did not like Naumaz’s words and when Akhtar expressed his displeasure, Nauman asked him to leave the on-air program. Told to After this Shoaib uploaded the video on Twitter saying that he has decided to resign from PTV after being insulted by the host of the program Nauman. He said in a statement, ‘I am sorry. I resign from PTV. The way I was treated on National TV, I don’t think I should stay here.
