Jaydev Unadkat released from Border gavaskar trophy India squad for 2nd Test to take part in Ranji Trophy final


New Delhi. The second match of the four-match Test series being played between India and Australia is to be played in Delhi. Before the second Test match, the BCCI has released fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat from the team. The selectors gave him a place in the team for the two Test matches against Australia.

The BCCI has decided to release fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat just before the second match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy being played against Australia. His name was in the team selected for the second match to be played in Delhi but his place in the playing XI was not confirmed. After the consent of captain Rohit Sharma and coach Rahul Dravid, it was decided to release Jaidev to play for Saurashtra in the Ranji Trophy final.

Saurashtra team captain Jaydev Unadkat left the Ranji team after being named in the Australia series. Now his team has made it to the finals of Ranji Trophy.
