LSG vs RCB Shoaib Akhtar wants to see Virat Kohli happy says he will score a match winning century today

Ahead of the IPL 2022 Eliminator between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore, Shoaib Akhtar said that he expects a match-winning century from Virat Kohli. Former RCB captain Virat Kohli faced poor form in the first 13 matches of this ongoing season. However, he scored a half-century against the team of Gujarat Titans, who reached the final. But his poor form still persists.

Kohli was sorry for not doing much for the team in the ongoing season and after scoring 73 runs against Gujarat, he has definitely indicated a comeback. But it will be known in today’s match how good he is in rhythm. His innings against Gujarat has made many feel that Kohli is back in form. With RCB needing to win this do or die match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, Akhtar believes this is an opportunity for the great Kohli to do something.

Akhtar said, “Virat Kohli is the greatest player of the modern era, there is no question about it. He is a great man, people troll him unnecessarily. His form fell and the trolling started. When you started playing cricket, you wanted to be a part of it. Serve the Indian team and Indian cricket. Tonight, they have such a big opportunity in front of them.”
