Mahindra Thar will be launched next month with 1.5 liter diesel engine, 2WD system in cheap variant!

Mahindra may soon introduce its popular SUV Thar in a cheaper model. Thar is such an SUV model of the company which is one of the most popular cars of offroad drive. But now the company is going to introduce its cheaper variant so that this car can be accessible to more people. The company has not yet officially confirmed this, but an online leak has surfaced about it, which tells a lot. This leak gives a light indication of what the company can offer in this new affordable variant.

Mahindra Thar is going to come in new variants soon. This favorite SUV of adventure-loving customers is about to become more affordable. Currently, the starting price of Thar is Rs 13.59 lakh. Only a select few can buy it at this price point. But now the affordable Thar is also coming in the market and it is reported that it has started reaching the dealerships. It is obvious that if the company is going to introduce the SUV at an affordable price, then some changes will be made in its engine and performance, which is also known from this leak. In the new Mahindra Thar, the company can use the new powertrain. A 1.5 liter diesel engine can be seen in it. Two wheel drive (2WD) can be seen in the new Thar. While the Thar currently in the market comes with 4WD. It cannot be denied here that the performance in the affordable Thar will be less than that of the current model.

It is being said in media reports that this car can now appear in the market soon. It is possible that the company can introduce it in the next month i.e. January 2023 itself. Because the news of its reaching the dealership is also spreading fast. As far as other features are concerned, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system can be seen in it. With which Android Auto, Apple Car Play will be supported. Apart from this, roof mounted speakers, automatic AC, multifunction steering wheel and advanced driver assistant system can also be seen.
