New Delhi. Mumbai Indians in the 15th season of IPL (Mumbai Indians) suffered its sixth consecutive defeat. In the match played at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai, the team of Lucknow Super Giants defeated Mumbai by 18 runs. Mumbai fielders dropped catches 10 times
Apart from batting well, the fielders of Mumbai also supported Lucknow. It happened about 10 times during the match when the ball got thrown from his hands. Rahul and de Kock gave the team a quick start after getting the invitation to bat first. De Kock, who was making his debut for Mumbai, was welcomed for a six by De Kock, but got out leg before the next ball. KL Rahul scored second century of this season
Rahul accelerated the run-rate with sixes against Murugan Ashwin and Jaydev Unadkat, helping the team complete a century in the 12th over. He and Manish Pandey hit two fours each against Mills in the 13th over. Before Pandey was dangerous, Murugan Ashwin showed him the way to the pavilion by bowling him. Marcus Stoinis (10 runs) hit a six off the very first ball after landing on the crease. Rahul then hit two sixes and a four in Allen’s over as Mumbai completed 150 runs in 15 overs. Jaydev Unadkat then dismissed Stoinis (10) and Deepak Hooda (15) in the 18th and 20th overs.
