The Lucknow team has been at the bottom of the list, owned by Capri Global Holdings. Capri Global has bought this team for Rs 757 crore. Two new owners have come forward, one is Adani Group and the other is Capri Global. The biggest bid has been placed by Adani Group. The most expensive team has been Ahmedabad, on which Adani Sportsline has spent Rs 1289 crore. This group has also eyed Gujarat Titans but could not buy. At number two is the Mumbai team, which has been bought by Reliance-run India Win Sports. Bought Reliance on Mumbai for Rs 912.99 crore.
901 crores spent on Royal Challengers Bangalore
901 crores have been spent on Royal Challengers Bangalore. The ownership of this team is with the Royal Challengers Sports Group, which plays in the Men’s IPL. The fourth most expensive team is Delhi, which was bought by JSW-GMR Cricket Group together for Rs 801 crore. Women’s IPL will start in April.
