Team India’s star fast bowler famous Krishna has been ruled out of the World Cup to be held in India this year. Krishna is out of Team India for the last 6 months. He is currently suffering from stress fracture. When will 26-year-old Krishna return to competitive cricket? It is difficult to say anything about this. BCCI says that it may take six months or even a year for this pacer to recover.
The famous fast bowler from Karnataka was being seen as a specialist bowler in India’s limited overs team. He played his last match as an ODI against Zimbabwe in Harare in August 2022 and since then he is out due to ‘stress fracture’. A ‘stress fracture’ usually occurs when there is constant pressure on the bone at one place.

A source in the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) told PTI on the condition of confidentiality, “Pride has a ‘stress fracture’ and in this type of injury, you cannot fix a possible return date.”

The famous Krishna has so far taken 25 wickets in 14 ODIs. In 11 first class matches, Krishna has shown the way to the pavilion to 49 players.
