Ravi Shastri’s tenure as the head coach of Team India has ended. Shastri became the head coach of Team India four years ago. He has been replaced by former India captain Rahul Dravid. Shastri has made an emotional post on social media after his journey with Team India came to an end.
New Delhi. Ravi Shastri’s journey with Team India is over. T20 World Cup 2021 was his last tournament as Indian team coach. Even though the Indian team was not successful in winning a single ICC trophy during Shastri’s tenure, India has registered many memorable victories. Rahul Dravid has now become the head coach of Team India in place of Shastri. Shastri, now separated from Team India, has made an emotional post on social media. In this, he has said that he will continue to support the Indian team.
Shastri tweeted, “Everything is clear now. Many thanks for being a part of this wonderful journey. As long as I am able to watch cricket, I will cherish these memories and will continue to support the Indian team.
