New Delhi. Former Australia captain Ricky Ponting has signed a deal with Hobart Hurricanes, a team playing in the Big Bash League. He will now be seen making a winning strategy for this team. Ponting is associated with this team as the head of strategy. Ponting’s contract is for three years. This contract between Ponting and Hobart Hurricanes has been done on the condition that they will not be associated with this team full time, but part time. Apart from this, during the Australian summer, he will continue to do commentary for Channel Seven. Former Australia coach Justin Langer could be the next Hobart Hurricanes coach. Such speculations are also taking place because he is very close to Ricky Ponting.
