London: Swiss tennis star Roger Federer was beaming and laughing at his own jokes when he met the media on Wednesday ahead of the Lever Cup, the final competitive tournament of his career. During his 20 Grand Slam titles, this 41-year-old player has also expressed emotions after the defeat or victory in the match, in which sometimes his eyes have also been filled with tears.
But when he came in front of the media to answer the questions related to his retirement, he looked very comfortable.

Federer will end his career at the Lever Cup on Friday with a doubles tie in which he could partner long-time rival Rafael Nadal. Federer said he felt “at peace” with his decision to retire and wanted his retirement from tennis to be a celebration.
