After losing the toss in Indore, captain and youngster Shubman Gill played a century partnership for Team India after losing the toss. During this, he completed his half century by hitting 4 fours and as many sixes in 41 balls. Even after this, the force of the bat was not let down and, showing aggressive play, completed his century on the ball.

Rohit Sharma scored a century in ODIs against Australia on 19 January 2020. Now after 3 years, he has again scored a century in January.
