Former New Zealand veteran batsman Ross Taylor made another sensational revelation in his autobiography. In a book titled “Black and White”, released earlier this week, Taylor narrates a tragic incident that happened to him in the IPL. He has written in his book that one of the owners of Rajasthan Royals had slapped him in the face during his stint with the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise. Because he was out on zero in the match against Punjab Kings (Kings XI Punjab). Although he also told that the slap was not slapped hard, but he did not find it like a joke.
He continued, “When you get that kind of money, you’re desperate to prove that you’re worth it and the people who are paying you that kind of money have high expectations – it’s professional sport. And it is human nature.
