Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 3,48,900 (ex-showroom). Apart from the standard, the company has launched a Solo Tourer Interstellar variant priced at Rs 3,63,900 (ex-showroom) and a Grand Tourer Celestial variant priced at Rs 3,78,900 (ex-showroom).

Royal Enfield The Super Meteor 650 includes LED headlamp and USB charging port. The bike draws power from a 648 cc parallel twin engine, which is capable of generating 47 hp at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm at 5,650 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission.
The motorcycle is built on a tubular steel frame. It gets 120mm of travel up front, which is a first for any Royal Enfield motorcycle. It gets 101mm travel for the twin shock absorbers at the rear. The motorcycle rides on a 19-inch wheel at the front and a 16-inch wheel at the rear.
As far as braking is concerned, the Super Meteor 650 gets a single 320mm disc with a two-piston caliper while the rear gets a 300mm disc. Dual-channel ABS has been offered as standard fitment. The motorcycle has a fuel tank of 15.7 liters.
